A few years ago, Google released Android 8.1 Oreo with Google Pixel 2 smartphone. The Android 8.1 comes with lots of new features like a redesigned settings menu, translucent Quick Settings, a diminishing navigation bar and much more. and the ‘Google Product Sans‘ font is one of them. But sadly, it is available for Pixel devices from 2017. That's unhappy, but the Android customizing community goes around such things. Using this guide, you will be able to install Google Product Sans font on any Android device.

Google Product Sans is a geometric sans-serif font designed by Google for branding purposes. While the Google Product Sans font was first introduced in 2015 with the revamp of the official Google logo, it was never introduced in the Android system, until only recently.
Other OEMs, like Samsung and OnePlus, offer their own native settings for changing fonts device-wide. That is not the case with devices running AOSP-based firmware, such as Nexus and Pixels. Such device users should struggle with rooting so as to use custom fonts. For now, Google Product Sans is officially only available on the Pixel 2 device. We don't know if it will be available on other Nexus and Pixel devices in future Developer Preview updates. But don't worry, you can still install Google Product Sans font on your Android device.
