Samsung Galaxy A36: A Quick Overview
The Samsung Galaxy A36 has been officially unveiled at MWC Barcelona. It features a 6.7-inch Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 1,900 nits. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset and runs on the Android 15-based One UI 7.0 operating system.
In terms of cameras, the Galaxy A36 boasts a triple-lens setup, including a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS support. For ultra-wide shots, there’s an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, while a 5MP macro camera handles close-ups. On the front, a 12MP punch-hole camera is available for selfies.
The Galaxy A36 comes in three RAM options—6GB, 8GB, and 12GB—paired with either 128GB or 256GB of onboard storage. Under the hood, it houses a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. Pricing starts at $400/€380.
