Huawei has recently unveiled its latest foldable smartphone, the Mate X6, which is said to be the final device to feature HarmonyOS based on Android. According to GSMArena, certain Mate X6 models will come preloaded with HarmonyOS 5.0, a version that is no longer Android-based, unlike HarmonyOS 4.3, which will power most Mate X6 units at launch.
The Mate X6 boasts a 7.93-inch LTPO inner display with a resolution of 2,440 x 2,240 pixels, while its outer screen measures 6.45 inches and has a resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels. Although the chipset has not been officially confirmed, it is widely speculated to be the Kirin 9100. The device is available in configurations of 12GB or 16GB of RAM, coupled with storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB.
