Last month, Xiaomi introduced its latest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 15. Alongside the flagship device, the company also launched two premium tablets: the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro. These new devices run on Xiaomi’s latest custom skin, HyperOS 2.0, and come with a fresh collection of built-in wallpapers. Xiaomi Pad 7 Series: Quick Overview
Before we delve into the wallpapers, let’s take a quick look at the specs of the new tablets. Starting with the display, both tablets feature an 11.2-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 3200 x 2136 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. The more affordable option, the Xiaomi Pad 7, is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, while the Pad 7 Pro is equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.
Both tablets come with an 8,850mAh battery, though their charging speeds differ—45W fast charging for the Pad 7 and 67W for the Pro variant. The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro boasts a dual-camera setup on the back, including a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a 32MP camera for selfies. The tablets are available in Blue, Black, and Green colour options.
Xiaomi offers the Pad 7 Pro in four configurations: 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB. As for pricing, the Pad 7 starts at CNY 1,999 (approximately £220).
