Recently, Apple has embraced a subtle yet amazing trend in their product wallpapers, integrating device names into the design. This unique approach not only offers a personal touch, but it also enhances brand identification.
For example, the iPad mini wallpapers elegantly combine a cursive rendering of the word 'mini,' effortlessly blending in with the device's aesthetic. Similarly, the most recent MacBook Pro and iPad Pro wallpapers highlight the word 'Pro,' emphasising their professional-grade capabilities. Meanwhile, the MacBook Air and iPad Air designs include the term 'Air,' highlighting the device's lightweight nature. This creative mixing of product names into wallpaper designs reflects Apple's attention to detail and innovative stance.
There are many more examples, but you get the idea. However, the iPhone has been an important exception to this trend, as its wallpapers lack this personalised touch.
Basic Apple Guy, a well-known artist, decided to fill this need by designing a unique series of wallpapers. Drawing on his skills and creative vision, he created a collection that is both simple and amazing in its use of vibrant and joyful colours.
The wallpapers are available in nine colorways: Hippie, Coffee, Sierra Blue, Nautical, One Device, Sage, Rainbow, Rainbow Noir, and The Dark One. You can preview the wallpapers below, and the entire collection is available in a Google Drive folder.
