Apple concluded its "Let Loose" event with the unveiling of the new iPad Air, iPad Pro, Apple Pencil, and Magic Keyboard. All four products boast significant upgrades compared to their predecessors. Each device was introduced alongside stunning promotional wallpapers, which you can now download for your iPhone.
For the first time, the iPad Air is available in two size variants: 11-inch and 13-inch displays. Apple has relocated the front camera to a landscape position, which is more practical for users who primarily use their iPads in landscape mode, especially during video calls.
There are minimal changes to the display, aside from the introduction of the new 13-inch model, which naturally features a higher resolution. Both iPad Air models share an identical design and specifications, including the Apple Silicon M2 processor—a leap from the M1 chip. Apple claims the M2 offers approximately 50% more performance than the M1.
The rear camera remains a 12MP sensor without any notable upgrades, while the front landscape camera is also a 12MP sensor. Apple has finally increased the base storage to 128GB, with a maximum configuration of 1TB now available. Both models come in four colour options and support the Apple Pencil Hover Gesture as well as the Apple Pencil Pro.

For the M4 iPad Pro, Apple has designed a sleek, dark wallpaper to showcase the new OLED display. The image subtly spells out the word "Pro." Meanwhile, for the M2 iPad Air, there’s a new wallpaper available in each of the iPad’s colour options, featuring the word "Air."
To ensure these words fit perfectly on the iPad’s screen, Apple has created multiple versions of the wallpapers tailored to different screen sizes and orientations. This means you’ll need to select the version best suited to how you typically use your device for the optimal appearance.
