Earlier this month, Chinese tech giant Huawei unveiled the latest version of its mobile operating system – HarmonyOS 4 – at the annual Huawei Developer Conference 2023. HarmonyOS 4 introduces significant changes to both the home screen and lock screen, a new emoji pack featuring animated emojis, a redesigned notification centre, a Live Window (Huawei’s answer to Apple’s Dynamic Island), and much more. Alongside these major updates, the OS also includes a fresh collection of built-in wallpapers that reflect its new look and features. Here, you can download all the HarmonyOS 4 stock wallpapers in high resolution.

HarmonyOS 4: A Quick Overview
The HarmonyOS 4 public beta is currently available for flagship Huawei devices such as the Mate 50 series, P60 series, Mate X3, and others. In the coming weeks, it will roll out to a wider range of eligible models. The new OS offers enhanced customisation options, including the ability to change the system font, colour palette, widget styles, lock screen clock, animated weather and emoji wallpapers, and more.
One of the standout features is the new Live Window – a pill-shaped user interface element designed to function similarly to the iPhone’s Dynamic Island. It provides quick access to alerts and notifications and is currently compatible with most system apps. This feature is not limited to smartphones; it will also be supported on tablets.
HarmonyOS 4 also includes redesigned, animated emojis, a refreshed notification centre, and a variety of new widgets and cards. Huawei’s Super Transfer Station has been significantly improved, while system-wide search, privacy, and security have also received major upgrades.
